Twungeon moved from a local proof of concept to a live Twitch-connected deployment with broadcaster OAuth, Extension identity sharing, Channel Points resurrection, a focused viewer control panel, and an authenticated spawn button.

Twungeon adopts an acceptance-led MVP build plan
